We have all settled back in brilliantly after our half term holiday! This week the main focus for our learning has been on the story book ‘We’re going on a bear hunt’ which has allowed us to take part in lots of exciting activities which culminated in an actual bear hunt around the school grounds, complete with a river and snow storm!

In phonics we have learnt 3 vowel digraphs; ai, ee and oa. These have been added to the sound pouches. It was fantastic to see so many of you at the Learning Together session on maths on Wednesday (see separate blog) and we have now moved our learning on from comparing numbers to combining numbers.
