On Friday, the Year 2 children went on a soggy but brilliant trip to Trebah Garden.
At Trebah garden we became plant explorers, where we used our fieldwork skill of map reading to follow the trail around the garden and finding out about the plants we saw.
We had an amazingly fun time exploring the garden, picnicking in the Cornish mizzle, and playing on the beach where we built stone towers and found treasures.
A great day was had by all and even though we got wet, the rain didn’t dampen our spirts!
