To finish our STAR Learning on Space, Year 5 have been looking at one of the most famous paintings of the night sky – Starry Night by Van Gogh.  The children have examined the piece and made notes about the effect of the colours used and studied the artist and where he was living while he painted it (a french asylum!)

The children worked on their colour mixing skills to try and match the colours used in this legendary painting.
