As part of our Solar System STAR learning, the children in Barcelona and Sennen Cove classes have been working on programming a planet rover. Inspired by the Mars Rover, this vehicle will be able to safely navigate unknown terrain using motors and sensors to prevent crashes. The children will need to use sensing and conditions to develop an algorithm which will control the vehicle.
