As part of World Book Day, Year 6 were visited by author and illustrator Keith Sparrow, to learn about and produce their own manga-style art. As today is also St Piran’s day, the children’s creations had a Cornish slant – with everyone producing their own book covers for a manga story about the journey of St Piran to Cornwall! The finished products were absolutely amazing and the children were very proud of their illustrations.
