Budock and Godrevy class loved learning about Van Gogh in their Art and Design lessons last week. We enjoyed discussing the work of Van Gogh and then experimenting with different drawing tools (pen, pencil and charcoal) before planning and creating a final piece!

As always, we followed our TMS way of learning about art:

A – finding about the the Artists and investigating their approach to art

I – imitating the skills the artists and techniques are using; also finding inspirations and ideas for the final piece of work

M– Thinking about what meaning the artists want to create in the piece of art

S – using the skills and techniques to create a final piece of artwork!
