A massive thank you to everyone in our TMS community this week: it has been a week of really pulling together and supporting each other, being a calm and constant for our children in a world of uncertainty. I think you would all agree that Mrs Weston and Miss Hawken have been absolutely amazing in supporting everyone in the updating of website and ParentPay information, whilst continuing their normal daily tasks. Thank you.
As the school shuts on Monday to all but a minimal number of children, it is filled with a sense of loss and sadness that we cannot share the remainder of the year with your wonderful children. However, nothing is more important than the health of everyone in the community and it is that, we must prioritise. Thank you so much for only booking in your children to our provision when it is the last resort: our staff really appreciate this.
When not in school, our staff will be working at home, and on a rota so that we can be there for the children throughout what would usually be the Easter Holidays. All class teachers are accessible to all children and families through this really uncertain times, and we would highly recommend that as much learning is continued as possible. We are all on hand (virtually!) to support you in this.
Times for many families may become financially very difficult in the coming months. It may be that you are eligible for particular benefits. Please let the school know, so we are able to access ‘Free School Meals’ food vouchers for you. We can also direct you to support though services such as the food bank. Everyone is here to support each there.
Keep in touch and be safe – we will miss you!
