A HUGE thank you so our amazing local artist, Sophie Capron, for sharing her infectious passion for all things art and design with the WHOLE SCHOOL today! Sophie always knew that she wanted to be an artist and has worked incredibly hard over the years, travelling to many different countries and working alongside a rich variety of people. The children learned how Sophie became an artist, what a day in her life can look like, why she loves what she does, how she creates her work and what inspires her to create them! We loved learning how Sophie is inspired by mark-making, such as: rust, scratching, decay and graffiti. Thank you Sophie, for inspiring our children today!
