Today in Assembly Mrs Ewart discussed something we all feel passionate about at TMS – Equality and Equity – and it is definitely not the same thing! We want all children to succeed at TMS and because we are all different, some people may need different resources to achieve the same learning. Linked to our learning on the Protect Characteristics, we know that we need to make adaptations to ensure success!
