What a day!

The children all turned up looking amazing in their ‘red and funny’ fancy dress. They took part in Comic Relief-based tasks in their classes, finding out about how and why the money is raised and where it goes.

Breaktime was transformed into a playground disco, with children dancing and jiving to music along with the staff on duty (and a few who couldn’t hep themselves but to join in!).

The day culminated in a spectacular display of talent with a joke and dance competition in the hall – Mr Wake used his ‘clap-o-meter’ to measure the audience response to each act (it was loud – very loud!) before the results were announced, along with the winners of the Mr Man drawing and design competition.  An amazing time was had by all, with lots of money raised for a very worthy cause.
