It was amazing to work with the eco-team last term. We were proud of everything they achieved from organising the Re-Love Our Stuff Event to visiting Age UK to advise them on recycling and waste. We will soon be voting for the new members of the Eco-team.

This term we will be focusing on energy and the importance of conserving it. The children will be learning about how our use of energy can affect the environment as well as many simple and effective ways that we can use less power. As part of this we will be holding a whole school Switch Off Fortnight (week beginning 24/02/20) and a Big Switch off Day – be prepared to take part at home!

Don’t forget to prepare your speeches for next week when we vote in our new ECO team!
