Elsey took part in another Karate tournament recently. In her age group she won gold for her kata. She then went in a group with a member of the England kata team, black belts, and teenagers.

What a amazing opportunity for on of our TMS team! She didn’t win the competition,  but she got a flag from the head judge and she came away smiling as always.

Now training for the next one.
