EYFS, Y1 & Y6 Reopening information UPDATED 30.05.20

Update – 30th May 2020

If your child is in EYFS, Year 1 or Year 6 and you are intending for your child to return to school from Monday 8th June, Please complete the following form. https://forms.gle/weNbfbeH7wXa6ApD7

If you have already completed a google form and are due to return to school on Monday 1st June, you DO NOT need to complete another one.
Please remember to fill in a form for EACH child attending.
This form must be submitted BEFORE 3pm on Monday 1st June to allow time to allocate ‘bubble’ classes.
Key Worker Provision from 8th June onwards
 If you require key worker childcare for week commencing Monday 8th June onwards, Please complete the following form.

 This will be the last form sent out. (If you are new to key worker provision we need a letter from your employer).

Children will be booked into the same sessions each week until further information is released by the government regarding any changes to provision in schools. If you have any changes to your regular booking just email secretary@threemilestone.cornwall.sch.uk.
Please note: From Monday 8th June we are unable to offer afterschool care on a Friday past 3.15pm. This is due to extensive cleaning schedules which have been imposed on the school during this time. I hope you understand and we are very sorry.

A letter has been sent out this afternoon regarding the reopening of school to EYFS, Year 1 and Year 6. Please take the time to read the letter and if you wish your child to attend from Monday 1st June please follow the link within the letter to book in.
