Where learning is fuelled by creativity

From the Head

9th February 2024 in Headteacher's Update

It has been a wonderful week being able to share successes, learning and future targets with parents and carers with week in Face to Face meetings. I hope you have found the time spent with teachers informative, and if you have gone away and thought about more conversations to have or questions to ask, please do contact us for a further meeting: it is crucial that both home and school are working together on the same team so that your children can thrive. Remember also to look on the school website for information about learning on the year group pages, as well as on the subject pages you will find additional information about the curriculum.

As you can see on the amount of entries on our school website, there has been lots going on this week, from sporting events, to PAL news to continuation of learning. We are really looking forward to our celebration of Cornwall after half term with visits from theatre and music groups and artists, funded by the PTFA. We hope you are able to share our Cornish learning with you on the afternoon of 5th March – St Piran’s Day!

It has been a busy, but short half term, and from all our staff, we wish our TMS team a happy and restful half term!
