What a blustery end to a wonderful Spring term! It’s been an incredible term with children really showing off how amazing they are – in their learning, in their manners and attitudes around school, and just being proud to be them. 

A massive thank you to all those involved in the Spring art afternoon and the PTFA Easter egg hunt yesterday.  It was an afternoon showing the strength of our TMS community, with the vast numbers of families able to pop in as well as our incredible PTFA who provide so many events to support our school community. 

We were also able to appoint an assistant head this week, who will join the leadership team from September. Dylan Jane, who is currently a primary lead in the Isles of Scilly, is incredibly excited about joining our team and we will be organising plenty of opportunity in the summer term for him to meet our staff, children and families for a successful transition.

A big thank you and good luck also goes to Miss Burt who will be leaving us to return to her previous school to be closer to her family. We are really excited about Mr Rowland teaching the class for the summer term and has already been in to get to know the children.

I wish you all a very happy Easter break. Whatever you are doing, please take care, have fun and make wonderful memories with friends and family.
