For selfish reasons – this week has been utterly fantastic! I have spent 3 fun packed days with our Year 5 team in Bristol, experiencing their laughter, kindness and sense of adventure, whilst also hearing members of the public commenting positively on our children’s manners and behaviour … in EVERY venue we were in. It was a real privilege being part of their adventure – thank you! This week has also ended with our TMS SUPERNOVA time – being earnt as a whole school team working together showing off our 3 TMS rules and the incredible learning which has been happening across the school. 

Next week, we have our 2 beach days, fully funded by the PTFA. These should be brilliant days out (regardless of the weather!) and a chance for children to be together from EYFS to Y6. It is Red and Green teams going on Monday and Blue and Yellow going on Tuesday. On the day they are not going to the beach, they will still be in teams – in NON UNIFORM. A reminder for the beach days, please come prepared for ANY weather!!!! from sun cream to wet weather clothing, we need to be ready! You are able to bring buckets and spades, and don’t forget your towels to sit on or dry off our feet after paddling! We are also looking forward to next Friday when our school is through to the Cornwall School Games FINALS in bowls! We wish them all the best and can’t wait to hear how they get on.
