You all know how much the TMS community love learning, and our staff had 2 amazing INSET days full of … LEARNING!!!

On Friday we attended the CAPH conference, where we were enthralled by the incredible Paul Dix … the very same Paul Dix of “When adults change, everything changes.” This was an amazing session and we are so grateful that we had the opportunity to listen to him. There were also fantastic workshops, including our friend of the school Floyd Steadman OBE.

On Monday, we attended the TPAT INSET day. We are working closely with Tom Sherrington’s ‘WalkThru’ and were excited by one of Tom’s colleagues working with us throughout the day on understanding key themes and granular details to improve pedagogy. Through the day, staff also attended workshops on EYFS, writing, computing and Black Voices Cornwall.

Now we are ready to put everything into practice!
