What a day! The year 4s went to an athletics event at Richard Lander School and amazed everyone. The boys won every single race and beat all the other schools on time and the girls won 4 out of the 6 races (coming 2nd in 2 of them). The field events again they amazed everyone, Ethan T hit the wall in javelin and shocked everyone, Eleni ran so fast that the leaders couldn’t believe she was only in year 4 and Daniel jumped the further in long jump. Everybody had such a good day: the year 4s really worked well together as a team. The parent helpers were amazing and so was Miss Powell. Thank you so much.

The year 5&6s went to the same event in the afternoon and again were brilliant: sportsmanship was brilliant and their athletic ability was on top form. Senara and Amber stood out to Richard Lander with their great speed and determination alongside Lewis for beating 2 records of the day. Everybody was fantastic and played a vital part in making this team great. Thank you to the parent helpers and Miss Powell for helping as this event is so spectacular but also very hectic (we all loved it)!
