We are delighted to have made a connection with the Threemilestone MEDO Cafe which is a memory and dementia group. We were invited to attend their most recent event and on Monday 17^th March our Year 1, Year 5 and Year 6 PALs (Pupils as Leaders) visited The Victoria Inn to meet some of the members, complete some craft activities together and to learn about toys and school in the past. The children were an absolute credit to the school and their families and we were delighted to receive the following feedback from Lynn Begley and the MEDO Cafe team:

Thank you so much for bringing the children to see us yesterday afternoon, they were delightful and as a school you must be very proud of their behaviour and social skills. It was a wonderful afternoon and my members and carers were so thrilled to chat and share time with the children.

We are looking forward to taking the PALs from Years 2, 3 and 4 to an event in July, as well as further events which are being planned for the following academic year!
