Even better, together we raised an amazing £350 for a brilliant cause that will make a real difference to all of our children. Thank you to everyone who took part, cheered from the sidelines or got involved in making the day such a success.

There are so many people to thank! Huge thanks to Mitie for supporting the school and helping to keep our grounds looking great, and to Ben, our brilliant caretaker, whose hose skills were put to excellent use throughout the event! Thank you also to Penryn College for lending us the stakes to guide the route.

A special shout-out goes to all the past pupils, staff and parents who generously gave up their time to help man the colour stations and ensure everyone crossed the finish line looking as colourful as possible!

And finally, the biggest thank you has to go to our amazing PTFA team. Events like this don’t just happen – there is so much planning, organising and hard work behind the scenes that most of us never see. We are incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated group of volunteers who work tirelessly to create these wonderful experiences for our school community.

Thank you, everyone, for making it such a memorable afternoon.

Now the big question is… will we recognise the children on Monday once all that colour has washed off?!
