Happy New Year!!We hope the children enjoyed the Disco held this week and as families you have been able to appreciate moving the December Disco night to the New Year.

We had a really busy December hosting the Christmas Walking Advent Calendar which we hope as families you were able to enjoy. Thank you to all the households that decorated windows to make that event happen.
We also had a really successful Christmas Grand Prize Draw raising over £700.00 which we will put towards hosting a whole school event for the children later in the year. Thank you to everyone that donated towards the hampers and bought tickets. We hope that those of you who were lucky winners enjoyed your prizes and hampers!

We were also delighted to learn that we were the winners of the Asda Green Token Scheme, thank you to everyone who voted for us on-line. We have received £500.00 which will go towards bringing a new reading experience for the children of TMS School. We have plans afoot for something very special.

At our last meeting we discussed our plans for the rest of the year and have started the ball rolling on a few different projects; We are very much looking forward to hosting another afternoon Summer Fayre this year on Friday 14th July. We hope to build on the success of last year and make this afternoon bigger and better; a really fun and enjoyable event for everyone to share.

It will again give our amazing TMS children the opportunity to showcase their amazing talent for singing and entertaining. The now legendary Year 6 stalls will be back!! We will be introducing new ways for our children to get involved by sending home seeds so every family can grow sunflowers at home and enter the “tallest sunflower competition”. We will also hold competitions which any one can enter: Portrait of the King, Garden on a plate, Funniest vegetable creation snd of course the TMS Bake Off!!As a Charity we endeavour to include everyone in our events and make the things we do fun and engaging, not only to benefit the children but the whole community.
As a charity we have to have some legal bits in place.
We must have a chair, vice chair, secretary and a treasurer:

We hold monthly meetings, so that anyone can come along, even just once! They are usually in the pub:)
