Our pupils had a fantastic time taking part in the recent basketball afternoon hosted by Richard Lander School. We proudly entered two teams, made up of Year 5 students, who showed incredible courage and skill competing against mostly Year 6 opponents.

Throughout the afternoon, both teams worked hard, scoring baskets and keeping the energy high. One of our teams achieved an impressive 6th place out of 14 schools—a brilliant accomplishment!

Well done to all our players. They represented the school with determination and perseverance, smiling through both the highs and lows. Most importantly, they demonstrated outstanding sportsmanship, supporting each other and showing respect to their opponents.

We couldn’t be prouder of their efforts and the way they carried themselves on and off the court. A massive thanks to RLS for hosting an amazing afternoon again, and Lucas an ex pupil of ours (now in year 11), who took the time out of his afternoon to coach and support our teams!
