We have also had a wonderful day raising money on ‘GREEN DAY’. We learned about how ‘The Cove’ can support families after receiving a diagnosis of cancer, we touched on what cancer is in assembly, and celebrated the work of the NHS who work tirelessly to ensure people with cancer can live life to the fullest. We are raising money alongside other schools in TPAT so that every school has access to high quality resources if and when needed to support children in these really challenging times. The great news is that we raised £529! Thank you to all our PALS who also ran a colouring competition, a sweets in the jar and guess the length of the green ribbon competition! When we buy all the resources, we will update you so that you are aware of how the school can support. A massive thank you to Kerenza at ‘The Cove’ for getting us all involved – what a fantastic cause. 

As part of the day, there was also a Trust-wide photo competition – a MASSIVE thank you to James and his drone who took our amazing photos!
