Our TMS Sing-it group were absolutely amazing last night in the Cathedral! We were lucky enough to be invited to sing at a Christmas concert organised by ASONE – the Cornwall Music Hub. Our group represented the school brilliantly, not only in their incredible musicality, but also in their behaviour, not letting their excitement and the immense occasion get in the way of matching the high expectations we have of our children.

We sung amongst a full timetable of children from Mounts Bay, Newquay Tretheras, St Columb Minor, Penrice Academy, Cornwall Youth Band, Cornwall Youth Orchestra, Cornwall Youth Choir and the amazing Helston Community Jazz Band (who we have been lucky enough to have heard before at the Hall for Cornwall).

It was also brilliant to see Imogen and Lyra, TMS past pupils, show off their skills in the orchestra that they are currently playing for, as well as Mrs Browning passing on how pleased she was on our children’s performance
