EYFS have had a visit from Mrs Webb and baby Ezra. This links to our Understanding the World (history focus) learning, where we are answering the question ‘What is the difference between you and your family?’. We asked Mrs Webb how Ezra communicates his needs, and what his day looks like. We compared how he is different to how we are now. We have also had a visit from Miss Grubb’s toddler Theo. We were able to talk about how Theo is different to baby Ezra and how he is still learning the things that we can do now.

To link in with our learning of ‘People who help us’ we have been lucky to have Mrs Broom visit us and talk about life as a nurse. We asked questions about her job role, and we were even able to see a stethoscope! We have also had a visit from Dr Leena Asopa who is a dentist. She taught us how to look after our teeth and explained what a dentist can do. A big thank you to Mrs Broom and Dr Leena Asopa for your time!

 The children were excellent at asking questions to all of our visitors, well done EYFS.
