Our Year 2 children had a fabulous time exploring the vibrant plant life at Trebah Garden. It was exciting to hear so many of them retrieving their science learning, confidently identifying the differences between deciduous and evergreen trees and plants.

Alongside their botanical discoveries, the children thoroughly enjoyed searching for fish, ducks, and frogs around the beautiful Water Garden and Mallard pond.

The children represented our school beautifully. We were incredibly proud when members of the public commented on how impressed they were with our pupils’ respect and excellent manners.

Back in the classroom, the children are now eager and looking forward to writing their factual reports about plants to showcase their learning. Well done, Year 2!
