While it has certainly been a busy week in Year 6 this week, we have still managed to complete a super exciting art unit on the artist ‘Suzanne Kruisdijk’. The children spent a lesson researching our chosen artist and presenting their thoughts on Google Classroom. They then learned about the technique of monoprinting and began to experiment with replicating some of Suzanne’s most loved prints. After experimenting, it was time to plan, create and evaluate their final pieces … enjoy!
