What a tasty week in 6!

We started our soup journey looking at products that already exist – evaluating them with a taste test, which proved to be very popular (maybe not the mushroom soup though!). Next in the design process, we used technology to research recipe ideas to inform our own soup creations. After agreeing on a final design, we wrote recipes and designed what we intended our end products to look like; fuelled by a desire to create the very best soup on the market! Then came the tasty bit – or the ‘create’ stage, where we followed our design briefs to chop, peel, stir and blend our way to the soup finish line! Finally (after a lot of washing up), we got to taste our products – evaluating them using criteria based on texture, appearance and aroma whilst looking for ways to improve or adapt. The 6 team were blown out of the park by the ingenuity, creative flare and ability to work as a team!
